[ He doesn't know what to say, finding himself momentarily speechless. Truthfully, a small part of him had doubted that Yael really loved him, as honest as he usually is, because of the feelings he harbors for someone else.

[yw bimch. After paying the whole ass bill, Yael slips out of the booth and motions for Yuui to follow.]

[ Look, Yuui can't deny that he has a bit of a pattern developing here... He gets up with a grin and follows Yael back to his car. ]

I like men who are smart in a different way from me. I might be book smart, but you're intelligent in a way that I think is more important.

[Yael pops open the door for Yuui and rounds the car, hopping into the driver's seat and heading for the beach.]

You're sweet. For what it's worth, I think you're pretty emotionally intelligent yourself... when you want to be.

[Yael parks and tugs on Yuui's arm, yanking him into a kiss. Calm down, big baby.]

[ That kiss on the lips is more than enough to put Yuui in a better mood, his frown turning right up into a grin when he pulls away. ]

Yuui hops out of the car, waiting for Yael to make his way over to his side before taking his hand. The beach is empty enough that he's not worried. ]
